Have some things planned that you can do with her or with her friends.
If you simply say no, more than likely she will rebell and this could cause more problems. Talk to the school counselor, his counselor and parents.
I can't say that I'd be letting my 13 year old daughter date anybody.

So far, both boys, have only had one girl each that I didn't like so much, but after having the girl over as much as possible, the boys soon tired of them.
